About This Place

Inserting the CINEMA back into the CINEPLEX while adding VALUE and VITALITY to our NEIGHBORHOODS.

Roseburg Cinema was created based on the Founders' vision to bring the cinema experience to the under served areas of the Northwest. As the rest of the country has seen an explosion of new stadium seating cinemas over the last 15 years, the Roseburg area has been behind on this development. With its current population, projected growth, and lack of a modern cinema, Roseburg was a great fit. Along with the standard first run blockbuster, the cinema will be a vehicle for a variety of entertainment purposes and with new digital technology, the cinema can be used for a multitude of different viewing experiences.

  4. Adjust sound levels: Balance the volume to ensure it is comfortable without compromising the cinematic experience. Consider offering quieter options for guests who prefer a more subdued environment.
  5. Train staff for better management: Address the "spherical mismanagement" and improve staff training to ensure a more organized and respectful environment for both employees and customers.
  6. Revise seat selection process: Allow guests to choose seats upon arrival rather than during ticket purchase, reducing pressure on children and families while maintaining flexibility for last-minute changes.
  7. Ensure accurate pricing and ticket checks: Implement strict checks to prevent scams and ensure transparency in pricing. Staff should be trained to handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Regularly clean theaters: Maintain a clean environment by scheduling frequent cleaning of theaters and common areas to ensure a welcoming and hygienic space for all visitors.
  9. Improve concession areas: Redesign the concessions to reduce crowding, improve access to restrooms, and streamline the process for purchasing food and drinks. Consider adding more seating or staff to manage queues efficiently.
